Primary responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and manage dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI/ MicroStrategy/Tableau.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and define critical metrics and KPIs.
- Perform detailed data analysis to unearth insights that could transform various departments.
- Enhance and maintain BI systems, improving functionality and user experience.
- Provide expert training and support to business users, empowering them with robust BI tools and techniques.
- Ensure supreme accuracy and integrity of data in reports.
- Craft and maintain technical documentation, and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
What we require
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of solid experience in business intelligence and data analysis.
- Knowledge of at least two BI tools: Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and at least basics of database management.
- Analytical abilities to translate data into actionable and understandable insights.
- Proven communication skills and a knack for collaborative teamwork.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of at least B2, ideally C1.
Additional Skills
- Familiarity with DAX, data modeling, and crafting eye-catching visualizations.
- Knowledge of Azure Analysis Services, creating data models in Visual Studio and other enterprise features of Power BI.
- Documentation skills and the ability to guide others through complex report issues.
