The IT Support Specialist will use his/her knowledge to provide daily support to the Customers to manage and maintain a number of servers as well as troubleshoot issues and provide optimization suggestions.
Role of the IT Support Specialist
– Monitoring and maintaining servers health, performance, backups, updates with our vendor in order to secure business continuity for the Customer applications
– Troubleshoot issues and incidents related to the IIS, Apache, Wildfly servers and networking with coordination of our vendor
– Work with the customer development team to coordinate web application deployments, troubleshooting and monitoring releases.
– Will consult other team members to ensure technical and training documentation are created and kept up to date
