We are now looking for an IT Service Management Consultant to join our growing multinational team. This is a true multidisciplinary consulting role incorporating elements of Professional Services Consultancy, Pre-Sales and Sales may be required. Reporting to our client Service Management Practice Manager, the role will also involve Functional Reporting to clients as well as to Sales Personnel and Project Managers depending on the project.

The main focus at the moment is ServiceNow Development skills.

  • Technical Architecture Definition
  • Application customization and development
  • Facilitating Process & Technology Workshops
  • Documentation including Writing Design, Process & Technology Specifications
  • Drafting of various documentation (user guide, operating file …)
  • Coordination and technical management of the project
  • IT Service Management
  • ITIL V3
  • Incident/Problem Management
  • Change Management / Asset Management and SACM
  • CMDB
  • Service Level Management and Service Level Agreement (SLM, SLA)
  • Service Catalogue and Request Management
  • Knowledge Management

The key requirement for us is ServiceNow development skills, not just user or admin

  • Additional experience with BMC Remedy, BMC Helix may be beneficial

Candidate Profile and Experience

  • Experienced (ideally 5+ years of experience) in the field (ITIL, ITSM)
  • Deep technical and functional knowledge on the various processes ITIL and ITSM
  • Development with ServiceNow is essential
  • Experience with other BMC ITSM products or other vendor ITSM products an advantage.
