What You’ll Do<\/h1>\n

As a BI Consultant, you\u2019ll play a key role in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade BI solutions. You\u2019ll get to:<\/p>\n

Provide Support & Administration:<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Provide support for BI solutions, addressing data inconsistencies, user issues, performance problems<\/li>\n
  • Perform administration of the MicroStrategy (Strategy One) platform, including user\/role management, security configuration, object migration, monitoring and performance tuning<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and monitor data refresh jobs, report schedules, and data quality across environments.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to manage incident resolution, change control, and release processes. <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Consult & Develop:<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Design and Develop efficient T-SQL scripts<\/strong> and stored procedures and SSIS packages in SQL Server for data transformation, analysis, and reporting needs.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Data modelling<\/strong> efforts within Microstrategy, including logical schema design, attribute\/metric definitions, and schema objects optimization.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Build, enhance, and support Microstrategy reports, dashboards, and schemas\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participate in solution design, data modelling, and best-practice implementation for BI initiatives.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business logic into data logic, and deliver impactful BI solutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What We\u2019re Looking For<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • 3-5 years<\/span> of hands-on experience in BI or Data Engineering.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Proven skills in SQL Server, T-SQL,<\/span> and enterprise-level data processing.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy (Strategy One), both development and administration.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Solid understanding of data warehousing (Kimball, Dimensional Model).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience in data modelling, ETL processes, and BI performance optimization.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Understanding of BI best practices, including version control, deployment strategies, and data governance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering from non-technical business partners.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, or similar) for automation and data handling.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and ensure high data reliability.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
