Our company specializes in Business Intelligence which is a branch of IT dealing with data processing and reporting systems. Our main customers are located in Ireland.

We are looking for a person who would support the management in the HR and admin areas. The ideal candidate should have excellent work ethic and execute tasks independently according to agreed processes. The main focus will be on recruitment, around 70% of the time. If the person is successful, the role might become HR Manager with a 100% focus on recruitment/HR.

Must have skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • English C1/C2 level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Main duties:

  • Creating job ads in job portals
  • Creating Facebook/Linked posts related to job offers and employer branding
  • Interviewing candidates (HR questions, level of English)
  • Communicating with candidates (providing feedback)
  • Setting up interviews (in the office or remotely)
  • Preparing contracts
  • Performing employee satisfaction surveys
  • Helping to improve the well-being of the team (addressing all issues reported by people)

Other duties:

  • Preparing documentation for accounting
  • Keeping a registry of costs and expenses
  • Verifying contractor invoices
  • Managing payments to sub-contractors and service providers
  • Managing company calendar to ensure
  • Payments for all services are made on time
  • Maintenance of various office devices is performed
  • Insurance and other contracts are renewed
  • Managing cleaning
  • Document archiving
  • Ordering office supplies
