Do consultations take place on-site or remotely?
We usually work on-site at the client’s office, but we’re happy to run consultations remotely if that’s more convenient.
What information or documents should I prepare in advance?
Ideally, gather all available documentation — such as system lists, process descriptions, KPIs, or IT architecture. Even a high-level overview is enough for us to draw meaningful conclusions.
What if there’s limited access to systems or missing documentation?
Any gaps are recorded in our report. If some information isn’t available, we’ll recommend the fastest way to fill in what’s missing.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you let us know about a change at least three days in advance, there’s no extra charge. If the audit can’t go ahead after we’re already on-site and needs to be repeated, we charge an additional one-third of the service fee.
Do you offer services outside Poland or in English?
Yes. In those cases, we usually deliver the service remotely. If on-site work is needed, the client covers travel and logistics costs.
Are travel and accommodation costs included in the price?
Yes, within Poland.
What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?
Depending on availability, the audit (1 day) can usually be carried out within 30 days of signing the contract.
